This time of year is represented by gratitude being thankful for the season’s harvest from Summer growing from  lessons learned  blessings and abundance!

Right now is the time of integrating light and dark being active and getting rest , balance and preparation for the coming winter for the dark half of the year, it’s a time for finding quiet and going inward and  doing any work necessary for yourself to be healthy and happy!

What we release in Autumn becomes nourishment for new growth in spring!

We are connected to this cycle of release and renewal preparation and gratitude!

staying very active is encouraged while maintaining good rest

Recommended meditations even if sessions are short take time for yourself each day for healing , releasing negative energy, focusing on feelings of love and being in the present
keep your communication and relationships strong with regular visits or frequent calls   to  the loved ones & friends around you! communicating with your loved ones through meditation is  just as important!

Breath work
your body and mind will appreciate just taking a moment inhaling deep from your stomach holding it and releasing it this can help you with many things like anxiety frustration etc!

Massage
massaging your scalp and face also your feet this will help you sleep great and release any tension from the day!


Cooking and baking is good for the soul,
prepare food and share with the ones around you, this brings closeness in community and bonds!
